Rather than treating assessment results as endpoints, we use them as starting points for reflection, dialogue and behavioural change—linking insight directly to role demands, strategic context and organisational dynamics. In conjunction with Multiple Works, a leading Innovation Consultancy, we coach leaders and managers through the process of adopting AI productivity tools in the workplace, deploying Agentic AI solutions, and ensuring governance guidelines are all properly in place.
AI offers many benefits but challenges all business functions with a range of new questions to answer. We help leadership teams identify the unknown-unknowns and build a roadmap to ensure productive investments into AI tools and get enterprises on the AI learning curve.
Tom Hayton, Director
Tom Hayton, PCC, is an executive coach and enterprise advisor with significant senior leadership and board-level experience.
A former corporate Vice President, operating company board member, and edtech co-founder, Tom now supports leaders navigating complexity, growth and AI-enabled change.
He holds the ICF PCC designation, is a Level 2 Certified Professional Coach, an EMCC Senior Practitioner, and holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. Tom has worked with hundreds of leaders from Fortune 500 businesses across financial services, manufacturing, logistics, technology, professional services, media, and energy.
Tom is accredited in the Hogan Assessments Suite and uses Hogan with clients who are looking for diagnostic insights to initiate their leadership development work.
Tom also holds an MBA, a Masters in International Relations, and speaks Mandarin and Japanese.
