At Weave, we offer short-term or extended coaching engagements on management and leadership development to people in middle and senior management. Typically, these involve one-hour sessions on a bi-weekly cadence and are conducted online.

About me

Hi, I am Tom Hayton of Weave Associates.

I am ICF ACC certified, an EMCC EIA Senior Practitioner, and hold Henley Business School's Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching. I am also certified to deliver Hogan Assessment's Personality Inventory, Development Survey, and Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory.

I have lived and worked across the Asia Pacific in increasingly senior roles, culminating in a decade reporting directly into the CEO. I hold an MBA and Masters in Intenational Relations. I speak Mandarin and Japanese and have managed teams in many countries in the region.

I started coaching while vice president of a substantial team in the corporate world, because I wanted to learn new skills as a leader.

Learning to coach was transformational and has become my primary focus.

I started Weave Associates because I want to build a bench of coaches who have a similar background in senior corporate roles who can help clients go deep on what is happening within them and around them at work.
