He has formerly served as Vice-President for Sales, Marketing, and Services, as Chief Financial Officer for a technology startup, as Head of IT, and as interim General Manager for a furniture removals business.

Tom is skilled at rapid evaluation of business problems and then leadership of teams to resolve issues and create forward momentum. Whether your business needs guidance to grow the top line, get more value from technology spend, or re-shape the organization chart, Tom can make an immediate impact.

Sales Team Development

Sales team dysfunction can cause business-wide problems. As someone who formerly led large and distributed sales teams in B2B and B2C contexts, Tom can detect and address issues in each step of the sales funnel; in the sales psychology of the team; and in the sales leadership approach to training and motivation.

IT and Technology Advisory

As a former Head of IT, Tom has controlled large budgets and delivered Group-wide technology migrations. He has sponsored major transformational software development projects, and supervised the growth of developer teams.

Tom has also coached businesses in the adoption of AI for productivity and the implementation of standards and safeguards for the appropriate use of AI tools in the workplace.
